My Roots: I started in the Floral industry at Sun Valley Floral Farms in 1998. Prior to that I had never worked with flowers, but Sun Valley was a great place to learn. With a nice variety of crops we sold over the years, I became a huge fan of many different types of flowers, and enjoyed being able to help my customers get what they needed to be successful. I consider the relationships I have with my customers as a partnership, where we help each other with the demands of dealing with perishable products.

Years in the Flower Industry: 14+ years.

Favorite Flower: I would probably say Iris. I grew up where wild Iris was everywhere, and I remember thinking how cool they looked as a kid. We would even be careful when running around not to damage them, they looked so nice.
